A little about me

I have spent years on air conditioners — enough installations, services and breakdowns have gone through my hands that I can usually tell where to look from the sound and a couple of details over the phone. Air conditioning is all I do, and that is deliberate: better to do one trade properly than five of them by halves.

I work on my own, by appointment, across Novi Sad and the surrounding area. That means the person who turns up at your place is me, not a crew you have never met — so if something plays up later, you know exactly who to call and nobody passes the blame around.

Most of my work comes by word of mouth. That is why getting the job right matters more to me than fitting as many in as possible. A tidy installation, cleaned up afterwards, and an honest verdict on the state of the machine — that is the whole philosophy.

How I work

On the phone I will ask you a few specific things — brand and model, how old it is, what exactly it does, and how big the room is. From that you get a price and a time slot straight away.

On site I cover floors and furniture first, then start. If something unexpected turns up mid-job — and on older installations it does — I stop and call you before doing anything that changes the agreed price.

At the end we test the unit together, measure the outlet temperature, and I explain what you can maintain yourself and what is better left to me. The work and any parts fitted come with a warranty.
